Need Help For Riping AVI File

I downloaded a video file broken into three parts. I tried importing the files into Nero for burning and neo said "invalid AVI file." I tried playing the AVI file in WMP and it said it couldn't read the file. The video played just fine in nero media player and in DivX player. I ran the G-Spot decoder and it said that the primary video codec was MPEG4-3. I ran through my list and it appeared I installed it.

I then tried loading the "avi" file through Cucusoft and coverting it there. Cucusoft gave me the same message as nero.

What do I do now?
