this is wat happaned with i try downloading a pack from mIRC

"*** XDCC SEND denied, you must be on a known channel to request a pack"

for some reason i cant get the pack.....can someone help plz

Xdcc-bot's are ussually configured in such manner that they do NOT allow:
1. off channel msg/ctcp inquiryes/ transfer initializations
2. leaving the channel while downloading from bot (usually time time-triggered)
3. more advanced, clones, bad bad bad clones..:)
4. find/list triggers....some channels are very strickt about using find/list triggers, you might even got temp ban (or permanent/Akick) right away when using such.

Generally helpfull: READ the topic, read the entrymessage. By default, clean up idiotic join/quit-spamming addverts used by your typical polaris/invisions/whatever script-package.
