Converting DivX into mp3

Hi!

I'd like to know if there's a program what I could use to convert a DivX DVD-rip into a simple audio file such as mp3.

Other audio files would do well as well but I would hope that the sound quality doesnt suffer much when encoding it.

If you know any good program, send a link please!

Virtual-Dub can save it as a Wav file that you can encode to Mp3...

VirtualDub is really great and what is best is that it's easy to use also for those who are not familiar with encoding and video editing.

Unless you were actually refering to the audio when you said DivX, then the audio may very well already be mp3. No need to encode.
