can u watch avi files on your xbox if u send them thru ftp, or if u burn them to a dvd/cd

do you have xbmc on your xbox? if you do then yes you can watch AVI files

not yet, im trying to learn more about the things i will be able to with a chip before i get one, but i'm seriously considering the Xenium Ice Solderless chip

xbmc(xbox media center) it is an application that can do lots of things...play movies, music, stream music of the net, view pictures...if you have the ability to solder, or know somebody who can i would recommend that you solder your chip in.
