Menus with DVD Santa

I'm using DVD Santa right now for the first time. I want to put 6 Xvid episodes of a TV show on one DVD, with a menu to allow me to pick what episode to watch, or at least be able to switch episodes by using the chapter switch buttons on my DVD player. After starting DVD Santa, I added the episodes to the list and it began encoding them. Will it automatically make a simple menu for me? Or, allow me to change chapters (episodes) with my remote? I don't know what to expect because I've never used Santa before, and it will be quite a while until it's done encoding all the episodes.
