PAL - NTSC : UEFA Champions League 2004

Hey everyone I was wondering if anyone knew of a PAL to NTSC patcher that worked with EA's latest footy, UEFA Champions League 2004-2005.

I've imported this title from the UK and am having drive errors with my launch-day PS2, so I've been using hdloader to play all my games lately. If I use hdloader to load the game I get black/white and rolling lines. I can't find any option in the game to specify PAL/NTSC or 50/60 hz, so I'm left looking for a PAL to NTSC patch (Or another option short of buying a new PS2!) so I can patch an ISO of the game and load that to the HD.

I ran across the Patching PS2 PAL games to NTSC using PS2 PAL TO NTSC PATCHER WITH Y-FIX V1.05 BETA thread and tried everything in there to no luck.

Using adrpathcer05, it gives me a message about not finding any patchable locations.

I've also tried ps2_pal2ntsc_yfix, and while it says that it patched my ISO correctly the game does not boot up right. All I get is a bunch of super squished stuff on the left edge of the screen.

Any help or suggestions would really be appreciated here.
