DVD Drive loosing focus

I had an LG/Hitachi multidrive. I used it maily for backup of my video files. I had no problem for the first DVDs Then I start getting the "Loosing focus" error message. I had now 10 blank DVDs corrupted because of this error message. I'm using Nero 6 and I hereunder copy of the last lines of the error log.
