i been reading through the posts what is flashing the bios , i dont understand ..i cant ftp either and have no ms dash ???????????????

flashing is basically loading a bios onto the modchip...the bios tells the xbox how to boot up...it is necessary to flash your chip with a hacked bios to take full advatage of the chip....i explained the error code to you in a different post.
