I installed a magic 3.1 into my PS2 with some effort and I don't know if it worked or not. Is there some kind of different screen that comes up when the chip is working? Is there a light on the chip that comes on? What happens?

I've installed chips on xbox's and they require you load a bios. Do you need to program the chip at all? Also what media do you recommend to create a backup.

no the cheap chips cant be flashed . most use dvd decrypter .
