bad files when transferring

I recently tried to transfer files from the game "sonic heroes" from the xbox to pc using flasfxp and after all the files were transferred successfully, I had one bad file. Is that some type of copyright? Is there any way of getting around the bad file or should I forget about making that copy? Oh and just to see how far I could go with it, I made an iso and burned it but it wouldn't load in the xbox.

is the file transfer speed good with the rest of the files?
I remember backing up sonic heroes without much problem
