i was playing tales of destiny 2 for ps2 on my slimline ps2 wen it just freezed. so i went to boot it up again with my swap magic but my ps2 will not read any disc now. My ps2 will not read any disc now, the games dont spin no more. Is it because i super glued the piece of the slimtool ( the one in the bottom right corner) ??

Maybe you fried you laser... and if the laser cannot read the disc, I dont think the disc spins at all....

better send it in for warrenty. You shouldnt have glued it though. Sony will notice that. Thats the point of the Slimtool, to not have to void the warrenty.

Tell me, what kind of media was the game burnt to and how fast did you burn the game?


I think to curb the problem of lasers having a hard time reading games. you have to burn on good media, slowly..
