Just got my new HP system up and running - all is very well apart from the DVDR keeps kicking out the stack of TDK blanks I have when I try to burn. HP helpline said I need + discs and that a forum may lead me to which brand is best/ most reliable for a philips.... Can you help this newbie??

I use Ritek CDs' and DVDs' I live within 'postage distance' of a genuine Ritek out-let, here in the UK.

So from time t' time, {printed order in hand;} I pop over and join the queue, at the over-worked retail counter.
