flip top=scratches?

Does anyone have a problem with their discs getting scratched because of the flip top? A game of mine i play alot has three scratches that all look similar. Almost evenly spaced out. Coincedence or modded ps2?

hmmm.. never heard of that before

try normal games, the dvd could be the problem

i think i figured it out. when you remove a game from a regular ps2, it is from the tray and it is stationary. With the flip top, it spins for a few seconds after you turn off systems. my little bro may be taking them out while they are spinning. only thing i can think of.
