dvd-lab pro error message

Hi all.
I play with DVD-Lab pro for quite some times now .It works fine until I exchanged a
larger hard drive from my other pc. The system (Windows 98 SE) was restored by Ghost.
Every other programs are fine except this ,when hitting 'start' to compile my dvd,
I encounter the follow message:

"can't create transport file in the temporaty directory.."

So I tried everyting from Scandisk, Formating disks except C: , scan virus and adware.
NO, the problem is still there.

Well ,when I installed a fresh system to another partition, guess what, it works.

The problem is that I have loads of programs in the original system so I need to keep it .
can anyone help?
