Alright if i was to get my xbox hooked up through the wireless g adapter thing they sell for it, can i transfer files back and forth like when i ftp with a crossover, I think it would kick ass not to have to take my xbox box back and forth up the stairs ya know

yes you can, but the transfer speed will decrease significantly.
