DOES ANYONE KNOW IF DVD SHRINK SUPPORTS PAL VIDEO?? I CONVERTED MY CLIPS TO PAL (EUROPE) AND NOW I WANT TO BURN THESE FILES ON A DVD SO IT CAN BE VIEWED ON A EUROPPEAN DVD PLAYER.DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DO THIS??ANY HELP OR ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS GUYS.

You need to cool it with the all caps, champ.

Shrink doesn't burn so you need to use a burning app such as Nero, Copy To DVD, or RecordNow.
