Boy am I frustrated. I used decrypter to copy to my hard drive, checked the movie and it was fine, then tried burning with the program I have which is 123 copy dvd plus. It worked fine once, but since then it stops burning at about 94%, so I used DVDshrink, that also worked, but now my burning software won;t recognize the files, so won't burn. I did download the trial of Nero, but it wouldn't let me use the demo mode. I am using TDK dvd's and have a brand new Dell Dimension 4700 with a PhilipsDVD8631. Please help if you can. Thanks.

How do I do that? Do I use decrypter first with the DVD in the drive? I am so confused.

DD first to rip the copy protection out

dvd shrink it to fit dvdr

then when in shrink set the output to DD...

you will see it in a drop down menu!

Nothing here to see, move along folks.

i ran into that too with Nero not letting me open up. did yours ask you for your registration and stuff? thats what i got. i still could burn though, i think you may not have downloaded all three components to Nero 7. theres a mixer and i forget the other one. however, it tells you on the Nero site. i just dont get why i can burn once and get a good movie and now i cant. thats odd why one dvd of the same brand would work and another would not. oh well thats off topic.

Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou, it finally worked!! I am having success with what you said ie: ripping with decrypter then shrinking then burning with decrypter. It works great, I am wondering now why I bought the software I did to achieve just this??? Thanks again for the speedy help!
