Hi, we are trying to upload ring tones, screen savers, backgrounds, etc. to our Motorola phones v180 and v220, and this is what happened:

I got the right program running for the phone ? problem is the program doesn?t see the phone ? I wonder if cingular locked the phone somehow so people can?t upload photos ? think you can call Cingular up and ask them if its possible or do we have to pay for that service?
