Xbox won't read disks after installing evox twice!

Okay so I softmodded my version 1.6 xbox and everything was running fine and everything. Then wanting DVD2Xbox I installed Evox 2.6 autoinstaller, unknowingly I had installed a second dash. So assumed I mess up and I FTPed DVD2XBOX on my E:/Apps folder. It would seem like ever since I did this my ORIGINAL xbox games wont boot in Evox. However using the M$ Dash it can detect the CD but claims its unregonizable. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated...

PS: Is there any way to format my C: Drive through FTP, my xbox is still very NEW and it is taken great care of and my warranty is still valid. So if I can erase all evidence of my "activities" so I can send it to Microsoft if all else fails.
