When I purchased 1 clickdvdcopy, I also received the program Copy to DVD SE. When trying to use Copy to DVD lately I am getting an error message which says it "cannot reach the access layer". Does anyone know what this means and what I have to do to resolve it?

Download & reinstall copy to dvd.That should do it.
