I tried dvdSanta trial version and but when it reached "Burn" stage I got message "Insert DVD-R/DVD-RW disk" Disk is in drive but apparently program isn't recognizing my drive. What could be happening? Thanks.

First question, if it's asking to insert -r/-rw are you using +r's? Some burners only burn + or -, some handle both. Have you ever burnt anything to this brand/batch of dvd's before, like data or video. On my version of DvdSanta it has the option to convert files, which leaves them in a video/ts folder to burn later, and a burn existing files option that burns already converted/existing files to disc. In the burn menu it has an option for choosing which drive to burn with.

What version are you using? mine's 3.43
