I need help desperately. I have been looking into getting a modchip for some time now, but I can't get enough basic info.

1. Are they hard to install?

2. Does it damage the PS2?

3. Is soderless better than a sodered chip?

Please help me, I am dying here not knowing what to do.

They are not too hard to install if you know a little about what you are doing. The only way it would damage your ps2 is if you mess something up during the installation. Depends what you mean by better. The DMS4 EZI chips have the same features as the DMS2 solder version its just the EZI is supposed to be easier to install since there is no soldering involved.
