people like andrew12 aren't that hard. It's actually quite easy.
Most of the time it is tough to ban someone, usually want to give them a second chance :)

Jim Dandy, you must not have been a mod for too long, I been a mod for a couple years on a couple other sites and I bet at least 400 people are gone because of me. Some are hard though, like AOL users, their IP addresses are always changing and you sometimes have to ban a whole IP range to get rid of them, and sometimes lose other members for the benefit of the site. Then theres the ones who use proxies thats another story.
Anyways why am I talking about this, the original post has been removed, had I been the mod I would have locked the thread and then none of us could be here talking about it. LOL
