i installed that autoinstaller and it was working fine intell i went in to my save game file on my hdd and i deleted the linux profile and now it only boots up to the big X were it says xbox and micrsoft how do i fix this it still read the cd but i cant get back to the unleashX dashboard or something like that plz help

well i just unlocked my hard drive with the evox boot disk and i restarted it and now it is giving me the error 5 code plz help i dont know what i am doing

well you unlocked your hd and got error code 5...you know the funny thing about error code 5? it means your hd is unlocked.

do you know how to lock it back i used the evox boot cd to unlock it i thouth i was clicking something else

i have the softmod autoinstaller deluxe v 1.0 SID.Splinter.Cell.NTSC.v1.0.Xbox-Hq i put a evox boot disk in and i axadently push unlock harddrive and i dont know how to get it locked

Can you boot to an autoloader? If so there should be an app that'll lock it for you.

If you can get the firefuckers evox autoloader there's an app called config magic on there and it has the feature that will let you lock your hdd.

hey man thats the problem i cant get my xbox to run because i unlocked the hdd with a evox boot disk and know i cant get anything to run on it all i want to do is lock it back what tools are easy to do so when i hook the xbox hdd to my computer and i geuss i will beable to lock it that wasy right thanks

if you put your disk in...turn your xbox off, then turn it back on again, your xbox should boot to the cd and not the hd.

hum. well its not for some reason when i put the disk in there i here drive start then here comes that stupid error 5 again maybe the cd doesnt have the right stuff on it or something,hey since the hdd is unlocked can i hook it up to my pc aand go to c/backups and find my hdd key

you need an evox boot cd or a autoinstaller to ftp into your xbox...oh if you can't get it fixed, you can always buy a modchip and install the modchip.

Hello there, I might be able to help, do a google search for XBox-Board Ultimate Boot-CD 4.0. When you find the home page, it will give a link for download, use configmagic to relock. You should really invest in a modchip {duox2-cromwell/flashbios edition works great!!!!-$14.00}. Good luck!!!!
