I wanted to know if it is possible for my service provider(ATT Broadband) to spy on me while I use Kazaa. I just got a threatening letter from them for allowing people to upload off my shared folder. It seems as though someone filed a complaint. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Is it possible for them to watch everying I do (like download) on Kazaa and any other file sharing program? How do I stop them from watching me?

P.S. i'm new to this so any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yes they can but it is none of their damn business (unless they have service rules against it!). You have rights my friend so don't let em push you around.
