I ripped a dvd using smartripper, but when I am trying to play it (Blaze DVD player), "Files with css encryption cannot play" message is coming. Now I don't have the DVD disc, but I have vob files in my hard disk. I tried DeCSS but this tool is expecting a DVD in disc drive. Is there any way I can play them ? Please Help.

I dont think you can. I think you will have to obtain the original movie back. Try the latest version of DVD Decrypter, this should remove all CSS encryption.
