Hello:

Wanted to confirm the proper Interface setting for DVDD? Probably don't need to give the path but here it is anyway:

Tools>Settings>I/O>Interface>? Mine is currently set at SPTI Microsoft? Is this correct?

I am running Windows XP Home SP2. Using and external DVD+/- writer. This has all been easy (thanks to this great board) but I continue to have the following problem! My burned disks w/Decrypter (Fuji DVD-R Japanense burned at 2X) tend to skip on my standalone player :( which is an Akai DVM-9500. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Movies plays fine on hard drive, back-ups play great on 2 computers, the brand of media is supposedly good (did disk identifier and they are TY disks!) I am a little perplexed as to where to go with this? I guess I could try other standalones or try DVD+R? Many have said the el cheapo (Apex, Sanyo, Cyberhome) types might be the answer. Can anyone confirm which of these models/brand of media to use for guaranteed results?

Thanks, F43
