Suspended due to non-functional email address

I have tried to used DVD Shrink 3.2 on 2 computers but every time I try it I get a message that says, "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. I've seen this disk copied using DVD Shrink on another computer but for whatever reason it doesn't work on either on my computers. Has anyone run into this problem
