i'm assuming all you did was adding the subs....
then you encode it with a codec.
which codec you chose ?

check frame rate settings.

more info on how you steps would help

Hello again

The codec what I use is divx 5.1.2 or something.
What is the right frame rate settings?

Is xvid better than divx when using vdubmod

XviD is better full stop.

I would suggest using AVISynth for the subs and setting VDubMod on fast recompress. Should result in better quality and faster encoding times.

frame rate settings ? well don't change anything. :)

you could check your cpu usage, if its always at 100% that means your pc can't cope. or some apps are running on the background, stealing power greatly.
well if its cpu power, frames will be drop, you'll see skipping instead of slow.

download from here.

It won't drop frames unless you are capturing. You will just get a message at the end of the encode saying that no frames were encoded for 10secs or whatever.

Heureka!

I"ve solved the problem by accident.
I just get the latest version from the xvid AND i USE IT in the vdubmod and NOW the picture and the movie speed is OK.

The problem was DIVX (maybe).
