A small Cogswap and DVDLoader question

Can someone help me?

i got the cogswap to run on my MC, but when i swap do i need to use slide card or that kind of stuff or just press the eject button, same question for dvdloader.

also is dvdlaoder and cogswap can straight boot ps2 back up?

whenever you put in a burned game, you CANT use the eject button.
