Unburnable un-recordable on ANY software. Help!

I have some PC-software, rosetta stone language CDs. I've tried Alcohol 120, Blind Write, CopyTODVD, Roxio, Nero, Undisker, Magic ISO, and nothing...

A-ray scanner says there's no encryption, but there must be.

Undisker says cannot copy the Roxio Toaster 9600 CD. Magic ISO says there's more data than whats contained on the read disk? and has an error.

Is this unbreakable, un-backup-able?

I'm looking for any last suggestions before I give up.

I tried using a General Protected CD with Alcohol 120, I tried custom settings, buring an ISO file, a Blind Write file, a default Alcohol file (mdf?) and nothing.

Any help, and suggestions, anything is appreciated.
