Xbtool Color Bios preset loader logo changer help?

I'm trying to use xbtool's color preset loader so I can see what the logo will look like before I flash the chip. I've already used it once before but now when i try to save it says unable to read from file or directory. anyone know why its doing this??

also if anyone knows of a good program to change the xbox logo on the startup screen?? I've found a couple but they dont seem to work to good. maybe One where i can see what it will look like before I change it, and will let me change the microsoft logo
