i am trying to bur avi file to svcd or vcd.. but it does not work.

i have done this many times, but for some reason all the .avi file i downloaded does not allow me to burn to watch it in dvd player.

Can it be the file, that's the problem?
I tried to burn it using, nero express, nerovision3 se ,ashampoo....
It saids it's not supported or something...

PLEASE HELP~ me~~
