N64 roms and emu disc

i want to be able to put surreal 64 and a full rom set onto a disc and then be able to run it on an xbox and select the games of a list directory Does anyone know how to make a disc like this

Please help if you can

yeah, easy as it sounds....

put the files on the disc
put the disc in the xbox
run the disc (using app manager/xbmc, etc)
select the game

Exactly how would you go about organizing the roms into a folder for the disc? I dled Surreal, but there is no roms folder like the other emu's i've used. So if I make it into an iso, it's kinda pointless because I wouldn't know where to put the roms into. Help plz... :(
