What are the steps to refresh the TOC size using the slimtool and SM 3.3 on the new slim ps2?

What are the steps to load the backup with the slim tool and SM 3.3 on the new slim PS2?

I haven't got the slim tool yet (should be here any day now) and am just wanting to know the steps to do these 2 things before it gets here. Thanks in advance.
