Finalizing a DVD-R to a DVD-V with Nero 5.5

I am using DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, and Nero to Burn DVD-V and everything works fine. I can play the DVD on my computer with no problem after burning it with Nero.

The problem is my home theater DVD player (which is also a DVD recorder) does not recognize the DVD as a DVD-V but instead as a DVD-R with nothing recorded on it and it will not play the movie. So I am guessing Nero is not finalizing the DVD to DVD-V and I can find no options to make it do this. The finalize check box is checked and greyed out, and I always tell it to not burn a multisession disc.

I appreciate any input or even other burning software that will burn and finalize a DVD-R to a DVD-V
