Seeing that GT4 is finally being released in North America on Feb. 22, I need to find out whether this game will boot on my PS2!
My v1 PS2 is modded, but I don't know which modchip. I know that GT4 is dual layered and I preordered it loooong ago, but now I'm worried about it not booting on my console. I read in various threads that some chips don't support dual layered discs. Is this true? Or does it only affect backups?
I just want to know whether all modchips can boot original dual layered games. Thanks for the help!
isnt it like those chips with the pins that go thru the holes then u solder and its doen no wires? i dont think they can be turned off they didnt upload that until like version 4-5?
