Is there a way to use a Pro Action Replay with backed up games?

I use Swap Magic, but from what I understand you can use Pro Action Replay. I've never used it though. One thing I do know is that you're gonna need either a slide card or a flip top for your PS2. Do a search on the forum and you'll find out if and how to use the pro action replay for back ups.
