i have downloaded the most recent mobile phone tools program posted recently. i have installed the software and it detects the v265 but the media button does not appear? everything appears on the right and is highlighted but the media button is dimmed up. is there a separate driver i need to download or is there a way i can send the ringtones using a different program?
