Hi, I just started to use Shrink 2 days, so I'm very new to this. At first when I used Shrink I didn't have any problem until later on today. As I put the original DVD in, it said "Copy protection error, This request cannot be preformed because of an I/O device error", why is that? What do I have to do? Please help...

Sounds like you may need to try ripping with decrypter first....
