Xenum ICE flashing bios and new hd

I just put in the Xenum ICE and I was just wondering what would be the best bios for it. I have a v1.0 xbox and I'm going to put in a 200 gb hd. I don't know if it is the bios our dashboard that I have to worry about to let it read all of the hard drive. So if someone could tell me what bios and dashboard would work the best for me that would be great.
