I just got the dvdxcopy platinum
if I click on simple, I get a message " can not load
drive infromation, run drive selector application.

I am not real sharp with a computer, and I do not know what they are talking about.

I can not find it on the progam, then when I do advanced... a lot of times at the very end I get a error message, and no place to check it.

There is no help to tell how to really use it, and I suspose to click anything besides a chapter?

Sure hope some one can help.
