When I try to shrink a DVD with DVD Shrink i get this error message

Programming Error -- Exception Occurred

Does anyone know what this means? And if so, what can be done?

This happened when I tried to rip Scarface with DVD Srhink itself, and after I ripped it with DVD Decrypter and then tried to shrink it.
