I just installed mpt 3.11 on one of my computers without a problem. Unfortunately i was just testing and did it on the computer that i didn't need it on. So i tried to do it on my other computer but i keep getting this error "Telephony interface cannot successfully start" whenever i start the program or do anything in it really. It happens 3 times at start and once every time i click a button. I've tried everything from reinstalling the drivers to different versions of mpt (ive used 2.16, 3.11h, 3.19e)... anyone have any ideas as to what i can do now?

edit: forgot to add that my phone is the motorola c650
