I have a wobbly spindle!

I don't know if this is normal but since installing a flip top case I've noticed that my spindle wobbles. On some games it wobbles so much it can't read the game. Is this normal? The only yhing I've done is realign the cd tray and change the case. Do you think maybe I have a screw loose or something?
