Xbox plays dvd backups

My unmodded xbox plays dvd backups. Does that mean it will play video game backups?

No, all my xbox's have been able to play dvd backups. Dvd's play dvd backups. Just how it goes. The xbox cant tell the the dvd is a backup but it can tell that a game isnt licenced by microsoft. as far as i know that's how it works
