I have try to do DVD authoring with Cucusoft, DVDlab and few others but the VOB file doesn't have sound.
If I do authoring with Pinnacle or Ulead I have sound but the finished file is much bigger (2 disk).
I have tried to install many codec but no luck. My OS is XP SP1. What is wrong???

If you are trying to encode for DVD, demux the audio using VirtualDubMod at http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=65889 and encode it to AC3 using BeSweet at http://dspguru.notrace.dk/. This will only work if your audio is in a generic format, such as MP3, WMA, OGG, or anything that BeSweet can read.
