I'm using Any DVD and Clone DVD2, can't get it to work. Any suggestions?

Can you be specific? Where is the problem? Have you used this method before with success? Where does the error occur?

I've used this method at least 50 times with no problems. Clone won't even pre-view the film. It has 7 hours of stuff on it. I've never seen this before so I can't get any more specific cause I just don't know.
