Xbox Mod-Chip for New Xbox

Can someone tell me what the best mod chip is for a brand new Xbox? Mfg Date 01-10-2005. I would prefer a solderless chip as I am not experienced at this.
In addition I would like it if the chip was pre-flashed.
Please provide link if possible

there is only one soderless modchip for a v1.6b that i know of to date. it is a spiderchip. it is preflashed but 75% of people that try installing it say it doesnt work very well or at all. i would wait until a better one comes out, get a new mother board, or softmod instead.

I was reading about it its the xenium S.P.I.C.E.i have a v1.6 softmodded and have been waiting for a decent soderless modchip for the v1.6 were can i buy this it says on there website this great package but no links or info on how or were to purchase it. the link is here http://www.teamxodus.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=68

the softmod installer DELUXE v1.01 is great..dont even have to open the xbox..and its just like you got a chip in it..couldnt be eaiser

I do have a softmod and it works great but it is still nicer to have a chip it is easier to do everything such as install new drives and to boot linux you can put the bios on the chip so it will run better. I am upgrading soon and am deciding between an smart xx v2.0 or xenium ice. any suggestions.

i cant get my computer to connect to my xbox, i've tried to FTP & FXP im still not sure how, when i tried i thought i was right but im suppose to put an IP # it didnt offer a spot to enter it
Now, go in FlashFXP (or whatever FTP program you have), and make a new site called "XBOX" or whatever you prefer. For the I.P., type in 192.168.0.3, and for the username type xbox, and for the password type xbox.
Were do i make a site called "XBOX" did i say i was new, like green new thanks for any help

lemme remind ya guys that XENIUM SOLDERLESS will never work on a 1.6 and i suggest a xenium ice.a normal one.

i installed a Aladdin Advance Modchip in my 1.6 & it works Exellent !!! does require soldering by the way

try Excuter 3 CE. it costs about $65 including shipping and about 10 solder points. very easy. solder is better than solderless because the chip is soldered on the board and less change of it coming lose.

i have xecuter 3 and everytime i try to update bios, it says no bios found.. how do i install bios for my xbox with a disk?? what do i put on the disk? the screen says "flashing mode install disk into cd rom", but the xbox picks up no update.
