I heard from my friends that I can rip/burn/decode/encode all with DVD shrink if thats true where can I download a copy of this?

Just about all the software you need can be downloaded off the SOFTWARE tab at the page top. Be advised that Shrink can copy all movies before December 2004. In December there were several new encryptions that came out that Shrink can't dercypt. DVD Decrypter and AnyDVD are updated to decrypt those movies using the new encryption.

After you've downloaded the two apps., go to bbmayo's site for some excellent instructions on their usage.
You can configure the encrypter to burn the movie automatically after Shrink decodes/encodes it.
